Never ever ever Order from this site! My friend ordered something and they ONLY sent it AFTER she reported them to PayPal and the BBB. She went on vacation and did not have time to reply to their ass kissing email and they started harassing her Via FACEBOOK. Going so far as to insult her intelligence and decency. This has been going on for almost a month now and they are STILL sending her rude and condescending messages! Please pass the word on that NOTEBOOKNERDS.COM is a SCAM! After looking into reviews (http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Notebook_Nerds) I see that she is not the only one with this problem! They charge you for the item immediately, and then do not ship it, in fact they had a FAKE shipping number for the item she was supposed to receive until she contacted authorities. Fun fact, when it finally DID arrive it was BROKEN!

Good Evening ******, This is a Joseph from NotebookNerds where you placed a recent order and I was just looking into your so called problem. Seen as we can't get a hold of you using a conventional method, we'll use a social media channel. Which brings me to my first point. Why don't you have the common decency to respond to us when we reached out to you ten days ago? I also must state, we are an internet company & it says in the 'contact us' section of our website you must e-mail us first before calling, as this enables us to give you an extension number to get through to someone straight away, as we are too small a company and recieve far too many 'customer enquiries' to answer the phone each and every single time unfortunately; we would love to hire more staff to combat this issues (as we know it loses us sales), but cost prohibits this at the moment. Making formal complaints to both PayPal and BBB stating that they need close us down by directing them to 3rd party review site shows your true character, and all because you ordered a $14.99 item (that included shipping within that price) that arrived within thirteen days of ordering... so your complaint is unjustified. I would like to arrange for one of the agents Avary to speak with you later on this morning. So please let us know if this is suitable as her last contact attempts have been unsuccessful, or respond to the e-mail from ten days ago as we now realize with your second complain attempt to PayPal without reaching out to us that we're never going to make you a happy customer, as people like you cannot be satisfied. THAT COMPANY IS STILL HARASSING ME!!! They've now told SEVERAL lies to the BBB up to and including that they called me several times (they NEVER called me EVER) and that I accepted their package instead of refusing the shipment I COULDN'T REFUSE IT, IT WAS STUCK IN MY MAIL BOX...there was no WAY to refuse it without standing out at my mailbox during mail time every single day..are you serious right now? and THEN they said that PayPal told them I wronged the company so they refunded me out of PayPal instead of the company's money.....BULLSHIT...if I wronged the company PayPal would have ruled in their favor and not refunded me at all! So I responded that the reason I was refunded was due to their abusive and invasive Facebook contact...I also said if this company continues to harass me I will be taking legal action....
And here is ANOTHER email they sent her, just today! (July 1st)
Good Afternoon *******, We contacted you via facebook as you were not responding to our other contact attempts, and this is a serious matter we wanted to get resolved. We nearly missed our date to reply to this because you left it until the last day to reply, and not even to us, but via PayPal. If you did not want to be contacted or people to find you, you should set your profile to private; we think social media is a great way to interact with our customers, which is why we have a company facebook page; but my apologies you feel that way, it was not our intentions. However, I do not feel it was not abusive - we were merely stating facts as you did not have the common decency to respond to our contact attempts, but are clearing willing to go our your way to try destroy our reputation over a $14.99 item we had delivered to you within 13 days of you placing the order. I already stated PayPal were on our side, so clearly they were on both our sides, because they also agreed with us about your lack of willingness to resolve the situation in a timely manner, but had no problem writing to the BBB or submitting several stories and calls to them when you had not even responded to us once. Please don't say we are harassing you ********... We'd rather we didn't have to deal with each other again; you are the one who is not willing to close the case even though you now have your item and your money back.. Look at the screenshot we provided, and you can see the case was found in our favor too - clearly we've both sides have made mistakes here ******* so i'd like for us to both move on from this, as this isn't helping anyone.
If you look at the reviews she is not the only one who has had the issue with this companies Non response. I find it quite funny that they can't answer a phone or reply to an email, unless they are prompted by PayPal or the BBB. Don't support these assholes, and warn your friends as well!
