i'm stoked that you watched it too, thaibro. i had no clue whatsoever about this movie.. my wtf moment was TARS' intro because i was like "w..what the fuck dID IT JUST MOVE?? what is that thing". man.. robots with such human-like responses would take hundreds of years to develop irl. i will watch this damn movie on repeat when i get the hi-res download.

basically Cleytus doesn't get along well with young people, Crow's an exception because Crow's a genius but only academically (in other words he's dumb and doesn't disobey his junkie boss). Chiemi on the other hand has both knowledge and a fully operational brain so she doesn't put up with Cleytus' douche ways. from Gunn's comics, i can imagine that they greet each other like this on the way to their research departments. in Cognizant, respect is only given to LV4 and LV5 personnel (because they can rly fuck yo shit up).
