Pros of having an indoor cat:

You can pet your cat whenever you want

Your cat is always clean and dirt-free

You can quickly tell if he is sick or injured

No screaming at the door to be let out

You can sleep well knowing your cat is safe from the weather, cars, wild animals, and cruel humans

Less $$$$ spent on vet bills

You can easily monitor your cat’s weight and diet

No dead (or half-dead) “presents”

Pros of having an outdoor cat:

You don’t have to clean a litter box, I guess
