i hate emet posts that are like IT’S NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK I THREW UP AND I WAS TOTALLY FINE UWU like no shut up you’re wrong you’ll feel differently in a week or so when nothing changes
#maybe this is just me trying to resist changing my way of thinking and pushing myself deeper into my own phobia#and it's probably bad#but i just can't help it#i think it's too ingrained in me to even TRY and convince myself that throwing up could ever be not that bad#every time i do throw up afterwards i tell myself the EXACT SAME THING#it's not that bad it's fine you survived its all good#and guess what#nothing ever fucking changes#emet stuff#aemelia rambles
