No answer from DSS in the ten minutes they allow you to wait on hold now, so I am, once again, in line for a call back.

If I had money, I would be taking bets on if I'll A. get the call back in five minutes or so like they claim (per my spot in their queue, they estimate a rep should be free within that time period), B. get the call back at 3:59 and have the rep hang up on me again because they close at 4

C. get the call back at a completely fucking random time tomorrow

or D. I won't get a call back at all and will need to call them AGAIN to set up a new call back because I highly doubt I'll get a rep in ten minutes on a new call, so sure, why not do another call back. It's like grown up tag, but terrible!

They open at 8, I called them at 8:03. Apparently I should have been ready to go right at 8, my bad lmao
