Why do people always have to validate their feelings? It always has to have a reason, why is it like that? Why can’t it be just a feeling? You feel it, because you feel it? Does it have to be based on the situation? If you feel empty, do you have to tell why? Do you have to have a reason to feel empty? If you know in yourself that you feel empty without reason, and people are asking for a reason, do you have the right to feel frustrated?
