Okay, so I didn’t nail @soyummy bacon wrapped avocado and egg. Two mistakes, which I can try again later. 1) use a smaller avocado, it will be easier to wrap with bacon 2) use thin sliced bacon, as Wright’s Applewood smoked thick sliced bacon (while being delicious!) doesn’t wrap well. Still, wife liked it, thought it was delicious, and really appreciated it! That’s what really counts. The honey, soy, and sriracha glaze really adds some flavor to the avocado and bacon. I will be attempting this again.
