Off topic-

So I’ve been considering getting into the whole fitness deal the past few weeks but I really don’t know where to start. Ive had a gym membership before, like a year ago but kinda slowly stopped due to IRL activities but this time I want to really try to keep it going. I’m looking to do a overall/all around build (legs arms chest back etc)

Background on myself: 6ft 135lbs very skinny guy, (hella fast metabolism), like eating healthy but I know I can change a few things. Ive always been super tall but very skinny.

Where do I start? What kinda of routine do I go off of? How often should I go? Should I use powder etc?

I’m not the best with this topic as you may have already noticed but a little bit of help would go a long way. Thanks.

Got home from Paris yesterday, had an amazing time and my legs are killing me, lol

I had big plans for dxpw, I actually took the weekend off work. On Friday however I got a call saying there was a cancellation for me at my tattoo shop so I jumped at the chance as I wasn't booked in until June. 7 hours of ink later and I could finally rs. Hit over 50m firemaking though so not bad at all, pretty chuffed with it all.
