          resourcefulness goes hand in hand with flexible morality when you’re           growing up alone on a planet like jakku. oftentimes, she’s found herself           teetering on the periphery of questionable decisions; just a gentle nudge           away from compromising the rules she’s lived by all this time. more than           a handful of times, she’d found herself aboard the presumably inoperable            millennium falcon, hoping to take a few parts & trade them in for portions.           but not to unkar -- she’d of circumnavigated him, given up the parts to           someone else at a discount & have them handle his wrath.

          in her hands she holds an intercoolant trans-flux capacitor -- it isn’t compatible           with the falcon, being used for victory-class star destroyers, but it gave her           pause to remember all those times she’d prevented herself from crossing a           line. a calloused thumb runs over it’s ridges in her lap, tongue brushing           along her lower lip before she breaks the silence between herself & han. 

               “ i almost dismantled part of your ship once. “

            sometimes he found himself wondering why han was the one IN CHARGE, the man could be a downright idiot, but the wookie would stand by him regardless of the things he did. and the foolish decisions he made at times. han could be ARROGANT, but there was more to him then that. and yet another deal with jabba hadn’t gone well, and the bounty was once again on their heads. releasing a growl when the ship wouldn’t start, he turned to growl at han. 

                     TRANSLATION: “---It’s your fault we’re in this mess!”
