One of the great things I feel like we are seeing now is distinguishing between the different sides of CrossFit. And making choices that let each shine, instead of being worried that one will over shadow the other. There is the CrossFit that "average" people do as part of a lifestyle that keeps them fit, healthy, and happy. Then there is the sport of CrossFit that we watch on TV and YouTube. Today I got to play with a third that we talk about less. CrossFit in support of sport. It is important to remember the differences but remember that we are all part of the same community.
