Falafel and Tzatziki sauce

Warning: do not attempt this if you don't own a food processor or blender. I thought that I could make it work with an electric mixer, and it did, but it took forever and turned my kitchen into an absolute mess. Falafel

Changes: +1 tablespoon parsley, -1 tablespoon curry powder, +1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes, longer cooking time (5 minutes per side). Tzatziki: 3 oz greek yogurt (probably plain. I didn't have it so I used vanilla, which had a bit of an odd flavor, but was fine), +1 tablespoon parsley, 1/4 cucumber - shredded, salt, pepper, lemon to taste.

It was good, but not worth the time and effort. I imagine that this recipe is super easy with a food processor - just as soon as I can afford one.
