Isaac was late for school, again. He had no idea how it was possible with a werewolf with enhanced hearing to sleep through the alarm. He figured it was his own special gift. Whatever the reason, he was running so late, he decided against showing up at all, at least for the first period. He was debating whether to even show up at all when he felt his phone vibrate. He took it out and read the text, but doing so, he didn't see the person that appeared in front of him a few seconds later, walking in the opposite direction. He looked up just in time to avoid collision and muttered a distracted, "Sorry."
