I can’t really pick just one, so for now I’ll say two women who have been inspiring me lately, Alice Walker and Adrienne Rich.
Your ideal day:
Okay, so right now I am in a long distance (five hours away by car counts, right?) relationship so it’s pretty specific. Marcus and I should rent a little cabin somewhere in Wisconsin and have our ideal day there. We’d wake up when we want, make homemade pancakes and bacon and have delicious coffee and fresh fruit. Then we’d go for a morning walk around nature and just hug and kiss and take pictures. Also there would be puppies everywhere for us to pet. Then in the afternoon we would do a little something something after which we would go out for a really fancy dinner somewhere in Milwaukee. Then we’d end the night with a couple of beers and a moonlit walk along Lake Michigan before heading back to our country cabin and snugglin’ up together.
If that day is not available to happen, I need only four things to have another ideal day: comfy bed, Marcus, Adventure Time, good pizza.
Your dream job:
My dream job is to be a successful actress and then to found a theatre company centered on intersectional feminist issues open to all female-identified people but specifically catered to those in high school.
