it's my parent's 25th wedding anniversary

can you imagine if my dad didn't cheat i would

Still have my very well paid job

Wouldn't be crippled

Would be at the gym trying to get toned instead of at therapy for anxiety and rehab to get the feeling back in my leg

Wouldn't have 2 emergency/ambulance on my head

Wouldn't have thrown my back out

Have a brother who didn't shut down temporarily and not talk to anybody

A brother who didn't feel it necessary too get a job while going to uni bc we're slightly terrified our dad will take everything and all the money to his fuck whore in new zealand

Probably would've pulled together the best 25th anniversary present ever for them bc I would've had the money and the mental/physical strength for it

yall my mom's pissed bc my dad so readily agreed to buy alcohol and cigs at the duty free for my aunt when he gets to fiji but he didn't give his own daughter a damn penny before leaving the house but it's ok bc he tried to give me a hug goodbye and i shook my head no bc I'll never forget the week where he forgot to give me forehead kisses goodbye (something that's been done for 23 years of my life) bc his head was full of the bitch he was fucking at the hotel down the street instead of going to work

my mom said something about sending my dad off nicely to fiji and BITCH I FINALLY OPENED UP MY MOUTH

told him straight to his face “why would i send him off with love? last time i sent him off nicely he went to new zealand to be with his ex” and then walked away to heat up my chicken tenders

my dad used to make fun of me bc i always said marching band is my 2nd family and bitch I'm not even in band anymore and they're more my family than my dad

forgot to update yesterday but my mom came home and while she was there somehow it timed so well that all of my dad's siblings and a lot of my cousins were visiting and my mom told every single one of them how trash my dad is and how he's been treating us since we found out he's been cheating my mom told them about how he's still talking to the bitch and is in denial about hurting us. like he thinks my brother's silence is him being ok but my brother hates our dad and doesn't talk to him at all. my aunt's then went on and told my mom how each of their husbands have done the same to them and have cheated. and honestly this is why i think indian men are trash dad's going to fiji later this month and he's going home to everyone knowing what he did to his family. and the fact all our cousins and aunts think my brother and i are the best thing to happen since sliced bread means they're all pissed off. I doubt they'll outright say something to get him to see he's in the wrong but knowing ppl arent disillusioned about my dad anymore is reassuring

my dad fucked up the dates for my mom's flight and i tried to explain and reason with him that the websites make it real easy to click the wrong button and not notice when the cheaper flight option has different dates but nope apparently i just want to start an argument with him and I'm wrong for those 15 minutes until he cools off and realizes that I'm right

so my mom's going to fiji for the funeral and bruh she's preparing the receipts to roast my dad to his own family while she's there
