Thanks so much, dear!! Wow, you’re so sweet 😭 I had a good day yesterday. It was a friend’s birthday and we had a little get together in the park and then I watched Howl’s Moving Castle with some friends at home! Truly lovely 🥰 🥰

Every coconut contains a layer of meat, around a pint of water, and a tiny seed the size of a pearl. After almost 6 months in the tree, the coconut will drop to the ground. After a few more months, the seed fills the coconut and starts consuming the meat. The meat becomes a thin crispy layer. This creates a big spongy mass. Really not sure what the craze is about eating coconut embryos so I thought I’d do a little experiment. Mostly to find out if the sapling will still continue to grow into a tree after removing its food source. Still can’t imagine why someone would want to kill an already growing tree just for a snack. It doesn’t taste all that great or has any more nutrients then just drinking the coconut water. I personally will not be doing this again even if the coconut remains alive. Simply not worthwhile and there are no studies to claim its marketed benefits. Seriously, the Balfe Sisters absolutely smashed the London Marathon. They were amazing. Cait is such a Queen 👸🏻 She slays at everything, every. damn. day. So proud of her and Anne-Marie and had a blast tracking the race with you guys.

In other news... Sam is the most adorable cat sitter in the world and I love him even more now! 😍🙈❤️🐱 Seeing Sam chilling with Eddie while Cait was away running the marathon actually made me so happy, they should start prescribing that shit over the counter.

Now here’s the deal...

Both of these things make me happy. ☺️👍🏼 Im not even going to get into the ES childish bullshit with #CatGate. I have actually wasted enough time on that today. The amount of ridiculousness that ES post has absolutely no effect on my ability to enjoy these things. Just let yourself be happy. Ignore the nonsense. Sam is with Mack, Cait is with Tony. We know this. At its most basic level, they are losing their minds over the fact that one friend is looking after another friends cat... it’s so laughable, I just can’t. 🤯😂🙈

In 8 days, Sam will be celebrating his birthday with Mack and ES will crawl back into their cave. Nothing is saving this ship, nothing... 🚢
