Tim wakes slowly, absently snuggling back into the warmth behind him. He rouses, dozes off, then fades back to alertness, making a face as his brain sluggishly registers a pervading soreness. He rolls over onto his stomach, burying his face in his pillow and trying to get back to sleep again, but he's up now. He lets out a sleepy grumble, rolling over some more and burying his face in Conner's chest.
