More confident!” Her attempt at an optimistic smile only holds for a few seconds before June huffs out a defeated sigh and slumps back in her seat. “But I guess taking their eye out is a little too serial killer-y, isn’t it?”
“JUNE!!!!” She’s twisting, pushing, pulling, jiggling, yet the door won’t open. And she knows she’s in the right building this time. Hand pounds flat against the red wooden door – never mind the fact that the gold-plated numbers clearly display the number 24. “JUUUUUUNE!!!! I KNOW YOU’RE IN THERE, OPEN THE DOOR, YOU SLUT!!!!!”
