Dark and White Chocolate Mousse Cake, Elma's, New Delhi

This was quite a let down; especially with since their other desserts are so amazing.

The biscuit base was very hard and did not lend any good texture to the cake. The middle dark chocolate mousse in itself was not too bad but not great when tasted with the other layers.

The white chocolate mousse was quite stiff and not a nice texture. It's a deceptive dessert cause it looks way better than it tastes.

I could microwave a hot pocket, then clean my entire house, do these things called taxes, walk my dogs, finish that English paper, pick out an outfit for tomorrow, and still make it back in time to burn the roof of my mouth.

I honestly have the worst fucking luck

I was thinking today ‘hey I haven’t had a cliff bar in years so I’ll eat one’. So I’m sitting there eating the chocolate chip kind and I saw like seeds and was like ‘ohh how nice some seeds’. But I started to get a weird taste of webbing if that makes since and started to take the bar out of my rapper when a moth crawled around the corner ( a trapped moth, it was not from the air). Upon further examination and a freak out moment I noticed webs and the things I thought were seeds were in fact eggs. They were NOT seeds.
