PCC Employee Perspective:
Pro-Union Website JCR would not publish this PCC Employees perspective- WE gave the Employee a VOICE: "You (JCR)wrote an article about how PCC is wasting money on trying to keep the Union out – in the last week I have received the same Union packet (by the way, very nice printing job) FOUR times; one via mail, one left with my wife at home, and two given to me at home by Boeing workers. Who paid for this?? The worker from Boeing told me he gets his regular wage plus compensation AND a per diem of an amount he did not disclose; who is paying for that?? Did Boeing vote on how its union dues would be used… of course not. What would make a PCC employee think that we will have any say whatsoever in how the MILLION$ of dollars we stand to lose right out of our checks each year will be used? Think again. The Union would never tell you how much they are spending, but if they did it would astonish you. Why are they doing this? There is only one reason – DUES. That is their product, their members. They only reason they can spend an enormous amount of their money on getting PCC in their pocket is that they know they will get it all back in the first one or two years and then laugh all the way to the bank as long as they can make it last.
We at PCC make products, the best in the world. We have the profit shared with us via a bonus – and it’s because we have earned it. What has the union done to deserve a bigger cut of the profit then you?"-CW
