First of all, thank you to everyone who participated in round 1! You certainly made this a tough decision. Everyone who participated so far can add +3 points to whichever SP area they demonstrated in their audition.
Even if you didn't make it through his time, your audition tapes have been kept on record for future reference, and NOVA Entertainment wishes you the best of luck as you continue on toward your goals.
Those who will be moving on to round 2 are:
Round 2 will be held in a dance practice room at the NOVA building, in front of a panel of their head casting agent and several trainers, and just like round 1, these auditions will be filmed. All competitors will be in the same room for the duration of the audition, meaning every participant will see the others' performances. Participants will be called to perform in the order listed above.
All participating rookies must sing a verse and a chorus of a song by a NOVA artist. This will be acapella. Each participant will also each have approximately one minute to show off another skill of their choice. After the talent portion of the audition, trainees will be asked to briefly answer a few interview questions. These questions are:
Why do you want to be an idol?
What interests you most about NOVA Entertainment?
What kind of a performer do you see yourself being?
What's one thing we should know about you before making our decision?
This will all be done right in a row- you're called up, you sing, you do your other skill, you answer your questions, and then you're done- there will be no breaks between each segment.
Participating rookies have until midnight EST on Monday, June 30 to post their solos. Tag your solos nova audition round 2 and be sure to submit the link! Good luck!
