You're houses are super beautiful and I love the way your pictures look, but I have a small question that might be a bit obvious.. how do you take them without getting the white line around your lot? Do you move in a sim and take the pictures in live mode or is there a way to get rid of that line in build mode?
Once you’re on the live mode screen with a sim on the lot press tab. This brings you into the camera mode and allows you to zoom (scroll wheel or -/+) and stops objects from being hidden if you get too close. As for getting rid of it in build mode the only thing you can do is take away the grid by pressing g, though this doesn’t get rid of the thick white line around the lot.

Not exactly stranded in the literal sense of the word, it’s more like I make a character, play through the whole process of becoming a grey warden and then realise I don’t like my character. & Then the cycle repeats Do you do anything in particular when you create your characters in game? Something to keep them interesting to play?
ah, then i get you sddjjdfj i have this problem too, especially in da:i ive noticed? except there its more like. i made a inquisitor i like in character creation but when i get in game my immediate reaction to seeing their face is “... no. youre hideous. we must redo”
this got kinda lengthy so woops, a cut
& tbh i play the backstory, kind of? its a lot easier in da:o i find to keep my warden interesting than it is to keep my hawke in da2 interesting, & i think thats bc theres more diversity in origin stories in da:o (hence the title probably.) my current warden is a human noble & honestly ive replayed it hundreds of times but the need to exact revenge on those who ultimately wrong you is still one of my driving factors when playing that story... or any of them tbh? i just get rly involved omg
my advice would be to give them a personality!! my noble warden is female & i defined her personality around the default backstory + her relationship w alistair (i.e. shes the spitfire younger daughter who knows what she wants & isnt afraid to take charge) but you could do whatever you want rly. i find the warden is much more of a blank slate to build on that hawke is
