The difference is insignificant, but the progress is colossal (O_o)
This is my art — the first one I did back in 2024, and the second one I made just a couple days ago. Not a huge difference, but the look? Way better, honestly. In my opinion, I've definitely moved forward and found a style I like more — even if a few new quirks showed up along the way. :)
Thanks you for the crows, I would pay you but sadly I cannot.
Yeahhh... I'm a photographer so I have tens of thousands of photos now. I sort and use them for my own reference and I'm happy to share.
But the thing is that putting them online is a lot of effort and I only spend effort on things I enjoy. So I need an incentive to go through the hassle of uploading everything.
If I were to make a crow pack, I would release it on my gumroad
But I really encourage you to explore taking your own reference
For looking up reference: search up images of "crow flock," group of crows, etc. Then you have multiple references in one image and they are engaged in more natural behaviors.
Searching for "crow" or "crow in flight" is only going to return the most Polished of images, picked out from hundreds by their photographers as the most aesthetic.
But looking at a flock is more organic, and you see them in all sorts of poses instead of just the ones that look the Nicest
And then, never underestimate the power of taking your own photos, even if it's with a dinky phone camera. You can also go find crows and sketch them there in the open. Even the grainiest photos are useful for pose and gesture.
Crows are easy to find, even in rural areas. Check around restaurants or anywhere with unsecured garbage. Parks and dumps are favorite places, as well as along highways wherever you spot roadkill.
Crows are very suspicious at first, because they WILL notice you watching them. Be patient, come back frequently, and don't try to chase them down. Eventually they will acclimate to your presence.
This one landed near me when I was sitting down and going through my pictures, because it was curious about me and I was finally staying still so it came to check me out. This was after 4 hours at the park talking with them and being Weird.
Crows are very judgemental so good luck getting your reference!
I really advocate for taking your own photos (it's worth the time you put in!) but here you can buy a couple hundred of mine to use for art:

[image ID: a black and white line comic titled Broken Cups about Wilbur and Schlatt in the afterlife.
Page 1 (P1): Wilbur pours liquor into Schlatt’s mug from a flask. Schlatt asks him: So. Why’d you do it? A hand touches a crack as W says: You know how when there’s a crack in something, you can’t help but pick at it? Two panels of Schlatt and Tubbo, neck down, on the podium. W continues: Like there’s no use in patching it up, and the best course of action is to -
P2: Hands break a pencil. W: Break it beyond repair? Alivebur is jumping into frame, away from an explosion, rifle on his back. He looks like he’s about to kick dead Wilbur in the head, as Schlatt looks up at him. W: Give in to destruction? Or...
P3: Pogtopia Wilbur grimaces, trying to look happy. W: If you stumble, nobody notices. Alivebur falls forward, shock in his eyes. W: If you trip and fall, everybody does. A trio of panels show Wilbur’s hand dismissing his flask and summoning a teacup.
P4: Two silhouettes of L’manburg Wilbur and Pogtopia Wilbur. L Wilbur has chips in him, while P Wilbur is covered in cracks. W: A chipped cup stays chipped. A shattered cup gets put back together. Schlatt leans over to Wilbur in silhouette and asks, So you blew up a country... as a cry for help? Wilbur leans back. I couldn’t tell you if it was a cry for help, Schlatt.
P5: Wilbur’s hands hold Chekhov’s gun, a hunting rifle, lightly. W: Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn’t. Pogtopia Wilbur stands above L’Manberg. W: People don’t always remember their reasons. Schlatt looks ahead and says, Broken cups get tossed more often than they get fixed. Was your cup fixed?
P6: Wilbur holds a fist to his mouth. Arm extended, he drops the teacup. The final panel is a low shot. He looks at Schlatt, arm still out, with the teacup in pieces at his feet.
