You know what I really miss?

Rue Morgue.

It used to be in Borders which is where I bought my first ever copy! I managed to pick up a couple over time from there before they went bust and then much later they would have issues in the monthly horror block sub box but I didn’t get that every month and of course they went bust.

I miss getting Rue Morgue!! I keep all my issues in the back room in...2 cardboard looney toon magazine files from when I was younger.

A good memory is when I picked up one with some pretty freaky American Werewolf in London (Landis aint shit but it’s one of my favourite horror films) artwork on the front at a Borders when visiting my uncle in Gloucester. We were sitting on the train and I put it out on the little table and his expression, it was very much ‘Childe, you are doing me a concern.’
