November.  The month where every single huge project, essay, and research paper is due.  The same month all of the volunteer projects I've signed up for to lead with Samoa Matalasi is taking place.  The same month where my boyfriend is having a lot of upcoming gigs to perform at. And I WILL ACCOMPLISH IT ALL, with excellence.

Everyone Hates You.

You know who you are.  You're the person that told us we would never amount to something.  You're the one who physically, emotionally, sexually abused us when we were younger.  You're the one who told us we were ugly and not the perfect body type.  You're person who lied to us, betrayed us, disrespected us, and manipulated us.  You're the same person that haunts us to this day.  You are that same memory we carry with us to this day. Everyone hates you. Yet we all thank you. Give a round of applause to the highlight of our lives.  I say 'highlight' because you taught us to reach high and light up our own lives from the dark, low places you left us.  Thank you for all the hurt, because we would have never been so strong today.  Thank you for never believing in us, because look who we are and what we've become.  Thank you for scarring us for life, because now we have proof that nothing can and will stop us from continually living happily. Everyone hates you. Yet we all thank you. Because I wouldn't be who I was today without you.
