Marius Borg Høiby will be released from prison and can stay at home with an anklet, the Oslo District Court has ruled.
It is understood Høiby is already at Skaugum, where he awaits the verdict on his appeal.
Høiby has been in prison since February, just before the trial against him began in the district court.

🚨 Marius Borg Høiby sentenced to four years in prison.
He is sentenced to four years in prison in Oslo District Court, but is acquitted of two counts of rape. This concerns the case from Loften and from a hotel in Oslo. He was convicted of abuse in close relationships.
Ahead of the verdict, prosecutors Sturla Henriksbø and Andreas Kruszewski believed that the correct sentence for Høiby was seven years and seven months.
Høiby must also pay a total of 640,000 kroner (about 68,000 USD) in compensation to four of the injured parties.
