High school wasn’t as bad as Mellow had been expecting. Because of her mother’s job she was able to get into one of the best private schools in the city, where — unlike her previous school — most of the students were only interested in working their butts off to get into good colleges.

The school had the best science department in all of San Myshuno which allowed Mellow to focus on her favourite subject. Otter had gotten her into science at a young age with his love of Entomology and Paleontology. But while Mellow had loved learning about Otter’s insects and fossils, she’d always been drawn back to her first love; Astronomy.

And being in school full of other kids who were also focused on their futures meant Mellow never had to pretend to be anything other than the space-obsessed geek that she’d always been in order to fit in. She still preferred to spend most of her time alone, but over the years she made many different friends.

Oh yeah, and Scarlett gave Sonny a puppy! I think it’s because she know she’s not around enough.

His name is Dodger and he’s a golden retriever.

Dan came over for a movie night. They laughed together and bonded over their mutual fascination for conspiracy theories and space.

Turns out that Alli, the leader of the Party Animals club, which Scarlett and Curtis are also a part of, lives in the apartment next door, and she invited herself over. After a few drinks, things escalated rather quickly.

And alas, the cheatee becomes the cheater.
