After toughing it out during university in that horrible apartment, working odd jobs here and there, graduating and getting a well-paying job, Everest and Kaitlyn were able to scrounge up enough for this single-family home in Brindleton Bay! 

It’s sparsely furnished and not exactly what Everest had planned (a bit too suburban for his tastes, but it makes Kaitlyn happy), but its a home that suits their growing family.

Upstairs (2/2)

1st + 2nd: Shared Bathroom all 4+ kids

The concept for this room was that all the kids were fighting over the theme so Stella picked Orange because nobody liked it. She let everyone put a touch of them in the bathroom. They all also get a colored towel to match their fav color.

3rd + 4th: Cinder Ella Room

I made this room very sporty. I kind of looks like a sports bar, but in her room. peep Cinder Ella coming out of her room.

5th + 6th: Opal Room

Opal is very much a girly girl. I saw this room in the house and moved it to the other side to give the parents a bigger room. This room will mature when she grows up, but right now this gives me the feels about my childhood bedroom and my now bedroom.

Upstairs (1/2)

For whatever reason I took multiple photos for each of these rooms because they are not as open.

Top: Hallway by Opal and Stella/Trey rooms

the hallways are boring so not much to say...

2nd: Hallway by Grayson, Sterling, Cinder Ella, and the shared bathroom

peep Donna and Cinder Ella.

3rd + 4th: Stella/ Trey Room

Their room is a cleaner and less obnoxious.  

5th + 6th: Stella/ Trey on-suite bathroom

Same Bathroom except better appliances.

7th + 8th: Grayson room

Graysons room I thought was cute. It reminded me of my Mint Generation founder named Peppermint Patty.

9th and 10th: Sterlings room

Lastly the new baby! I didn’t know much of what to do so I made it the stereotypical blue room. I also made the changing table out of the dresser and raising the bench up.

Here is the first floor. 1st pic at the top: Living Room

I tried to keep the floor plan mostly the same, but I did end up changing the living room floor plan into a living room and a study. I wanted to break the space up a bit more than the half walls were on the gallery. I know the theme is yellow, but I think the old house was WAY overboard. The walls were literally the color of Stellas hair and we can’t have that! I thought green accompanied the yellow nicely from the kitchen so I stuck with it.

2nd pic: Study

I wanted the study to be cute and have the essence of Brindleton Bay. I also know that we have a lot of nerds in the family so I thought this would be a good place to have a family computer. Will probably end up hating this when guests come over.

3rd: kitchen

The kitchen is supposed to be cute and homestyle. This was the first room I did so it set the tone for the whole first floor. I like how open it ended up. I think that this it will be way easier for screenshots in the long run. I also already moved my sims in so peep Trey and Grayson. Other sims will show up on the second floor.

4th: only downstairs bathroom

This is a full bath right next to Donnas room so she won’t have to run far like she did in the other house.

5th: Donnas bedroom. 

This bedroom I wanted to make dark because Donna is going through a hard time emotionally so her bedroom definitely shows the emotions she won’t show around the children.
