We hiked in the #albertabadlands on Monday and had a great time exploring the #coulees and hills for several hours. For anyone on the fence about ecollars and their benefit to dog training. I started introducing my BC mix Raziel to it last week. Just wearing it during the day, on our walks, while we played, etc. The collar at that point was never on. Yesterday I used the collars vibration setting three times. She was a little unsure, but willingly came to me, got her reward, and left me to go explore again. Today we went to the same field, I brought some of her toys to play fetch, again collar was on and active. I didn't need the collar once. She willingly came to me, happy as could be, and we played fetch for 30 care free minutes. The collar was there just in case, but I didn't need it, she wasn't scared of it, we had fun!!
