I commissioned the truly talented, absolutely incredible @kittyoperas to draw my Tav and Astarion from the Astarion Isn't the Best at Planning fics and I'm deeply in love. Look at theeeeeeeem.

(I maintain that the lack of ball in BG3 is a travesty, so I snuck in my own version alongside Gortash's coronation in Act 3. You can read it here starting with Chapter 76 if you're curious!)

Okay so, I hope this isn’t inappropriate to ask, but I think you’re really amazing at writing both spawn and ascendant Astarion, as well as their chemistry with your Tav, so I was wondering… if there is any chance of lemony smoot (m/f/m) action between them in the future? o///o

I got my first ask about my fanfic! :D

First, this is incredibly kind. <3 I'm glad you're enjoying the story, Anonymous friend.

Second, I can't really answer for the fic itself because ~spoilers~ but also because I genuinely don't know for sure! I used to say a lot with the first fic that the characters do what they want when it came to the ascension question, and that's even more true here. I have at least two ending options in mind and some overall mini plots I hope to get in, but the stuff in between is sort of just built around what hijinks they get up to in the meantime.

If it doesn't work out in this fic, I have absolutely considered trying out a single scene like this as an AU mini snapshot tied to the series just because it sounds like a funny writing exercise for my ace-ass to try and figure out, so if there's interest I could probably be convinced on that at least. Just be careful what you wish for. XD

Still on hiatus but as we’ve established I am very bad at actually sticking to a schedule, including not having a schedule sooooo…

There might be a new chapter of a certain Astarion fanfic if anyone was curious. 👀

If you are patiently waiting on a fic update from me, I would just like to say:

1) It really is coming, I swear. And if it helps, I am annoying myself because I keep opening the fic and thinking “why hasn’t this updated yet??” and then remembering I am the one who must update.

2) Pokopia is basically crack, and I have done nothing since I first set foot as a Ditto in my own post-apocalyptic world. 🫣😅 I already “finished” the game, so fingers crossed the hyper focus eases up a bit?
