Sunday, April 18th is National Transgender HIV Testing Day
National Transgender HIV Testing Day is a day to increase awareness of HIV status among all transgender and gender-nonconforming people. Getting tested and knowing your HIV status is especially important for transgender and gender-nonconforming, nonbinary individuals who are at a higher risk of HIV exposure.
This National Transgender HIV Testing Day, we want to remind all transgender and gender-nonconforming, nonbinary New Yorkers that regular HIV testing is key to knowing your HIV status and taking steps to stay healthy.
