The "Nuclear Nitrogen" isn't dramatically different from the regular OS Nitrogen ink. The main difference I see is that the purple sheen appears more even when you're looking at it head-on.
FWIW, it writes really nice with a glass dip pen! The fact that it's sticky seems to help.
