Nueva Alianza declared that the increase in gasoline’s prize would help to reduce contamination (latest information)
In latest news, Nueva Alianza was the only party that was in favor to the new policy of the rise of gasoline’s prize. This, because they say that this is going to help to reduce contamination that is being produced by cars. Nueva Alianza representatives, such as the president of the party Luis Castro Obregón, said that other parties aren't being completely transparent or clear with the position they hold or the opinions they are giving about this topic, while the PANAL does. Catrro declared that the other political parties use this topic to criticize instead of being capable to give clearer speeches so that the people can be able to understand the reason of the higher prices.
Their proposal is to create an special tax which will be applied to the people that generate a big amount of CO2, chemical compound which affects the environment, so this will create a preference for other methods of transportation instead of using cars and public transportation that occupies non-sustainable energy to work.
