A pokemon foster parent is someone who takes care of pokemon temporarily, until a permanent home can be found for them. A foster fail is when the fosterer gets to attached to the pokemon and adopts them themselves instead of letting them go to a different home.
They think I'll foster fail this Zorua and adopt it permanently instead of taking care of it temporarily.
