she had a fantastic voice for reading - and he enjoyed when she would give him story time like this. sitting patiently on the floor of the bookstore, listening to whatever book he had plucked off the shelf that day. it seemed that his pick that day was particularly horrific.

tatum feels completely blindsided by this, how her best friend, viva; had just accused her boyfriend of having been her attacker. she shifts uncomfortably in the hospital chair, hoping that she had heard viva wrong.

if u say that u don't like interpersonal drama and then reblog things that are interpersonal drama related .. i question your credibility. callouts and the like are so not my thing anyway. i get really tired of it all. i'm getting older and a lot less excited to let people into my teensie tiny little friendship circle because drama is everywhere at all times and where there is one thing , there is bound to be another. i'm tired.

he hasn't always been dad of the year, but at least he picked up his phone this time. parker parked haphazardly in the school's parking lot, practically stormed into the school, and demanded he be shown where the nurse's office was. the call that had come from ms. foster had concerned the father enough that he had actually left his job to come get his daughter. first, he wanted to lay eyes on sonny and see how bad the bump to her head actually was. pushing the door open, he saw sonny sitting on bed in the corner, eyes glancing from sally and then back again before he rushed over to kneel next to his daughter. 'jesus, kid - you scared th'shit out've me,' gentle hand reaches up to touch the spot on her head. it wasn't big, and he could tell by her eyes that she didn't have a concussion, though it did look like she had been crying. parker stands to look at sally. 'uh - thanks for calling me. what happened, exactly?' if one of the others kids decided to kick his daughter around, no one would hear the last of it. @nuks.

He lets his cigarette fall to the floor before approaching the woman, pressing the bottom of his shoe against its flame to douse it.

"Alright, I'm here." He announces himself a few steps in. "So what's the deal, whaddya need?" he then asks. "Whatever it is, just know I ain't doin' it pro Bono. Not even if ya threaten me with a lousy gun or two." His final statement, with a white lie mixed into it because he would, in fact, do it for free if there was a gun to his head.

tony initially felt nervous, approaching samara in a public space. he'd recognized her from author pictures on the back of a few books he'd read and felt COMPELLED to speak with her. and what better way than to buy her a coffee, right? while his brows scrunched a bit at her request, a head tilt along with it, tony ended up nodding and walking up to order. when he returned to her table, he handed her drink over her computer, her name clearly written on the side. mistake number one of not getting caught knowing her. "you looked in distress— in major need of a caffeine RESCUE." he chuckled, taking a sip of his own drink.
