Do you guys ever think that Brook will just say some out of pocket things about his past, cause like the straw hats know less then us about his past (pre second backstory coming out) so like they know nothing about pre Rumbar Brook

Like imagine they steal some food off of a navy ship and with the curry powder and then they are eating it and Brook starts BAWLING HIS EYES (not that he has eyes yohoho) OUT AND and everyone's obviously confused so they ask and Brooks like "reminds me of when I was a child used to eat frogs with curry powder on them" and everyone just stares at him like "...what"

Especially since they probably all just assumed he was from a wealthy family pre Rumbar (how many pirates wear suits, can skillfully play a bunch of instruments, has fencing lessons, acts like a gentleman, and has schooling) so like random lore drop

One of my favorite things about Brook's backstories is watching him become him. It's like seeing a puzzle being built. Because he wasn't always the same Brook, in fact he is VERY different but he slowly became the Brook he is. Like how his favorite food being curry derives from the fact that that was probably one of the only edible things he could eat as a kid. His loyalty dating back to when he was a kid and Reuven and Candelle saved him and he decided he was in debt to them. His swordsmanship and especially his technique, taught to him by Queen Candelle. His gentlemanly attempts is also taught by Candelle. The fact that he knows so many instruments probably from both school and the fact that he's from instruments kingdom. Even with the Rumbar Pirates, how they seemed to pick on each other, including Brook a lot, and how that transfered to his skeleton jokes. Or how because Binks Brew was Laboons and probably Yorki's favorite song that made it his as well, one that he plays a lot. It's really interesting, I love how we see how these small external factors affected him so much.

One thing I don't see people talk about enough is just how scared Brook is of being useless, he's self sacrificial to a fault and that's because if he's useless then he can't be apart of the straw hats and then he'll be alone again, he's so scared of being alone it makes me sick

Also I will get annoying about Brook, cause like I am deadass making a cosplay, my first cosplay ever btw

On a serious note, I am so unhealthily obsessed with this character, I was going through a horrible time in my life and honestly anytime I go even a bit back I just think about brook and uhhh... problem solved??? People talk about Luffy saving them but Brook has weirdly saved me

On a much more unserious note my entire phone is brook themed, my first figurine was Brook, I feel motivation if I get my Brook figures to stare at me, I started painting again for Brook I CAN'T HELP IT MAN 😔

Why is the one piece style so evil 😭 but have my beautiful baby Asta my oc

She was a slave as a child and escaped, at one point she was able to escape and also at some point she ate the Seal-Seal fruit model: Selkie (however I might just make her a regular Seal Zoan cause selkies are basically just that but we'll see) and now she spends her time luring navy men and drowning them.

She acts very sad and soppy at all times but then is actually quite rude to people.

I love her deeply and I hope you will too 🙏

Tbh I really wanna do my own redesign for the straw hats if anyone would wanna see that, especially in my style and especially with post time skip cause I do have some opinions about those designs (not bad just some I feel like could fit better)

With all the fact that I keep drawing Brook (and am very glad that people like them) I know one of these days art block is gonna get me and it's gonna be over but for now have daily Brook/one piece art
