{🔥}—; “How do we get into these messes pal?” Spyro asked Sparx, glancing at his best friend who flitted closely to him and shrugged, the dragonfly flew around the broken up portal which looked like it definitely was going to need fixing.
It was a shame the Professor forgot to tell him that he had been working on the portal again, studying it because now here he was in some strange land he’d never seen before. Clear as day he wasn’t in the Dragon Realms anymore, he picked up the scent of molten rock and the air felt cool with a hint of heat.
Made the spirited heroic dragon wonder if there was some kind of hot spring or lava pool around here somewhere, regardless he couldn’t stay here he had to look around, see what kind of place they ended up at this time.
Spyro padded forward, peering at his surroundings not having seen anything or anyone yet aside from the occasional small lizard, or animals moving around. That is until he thought he heard the sound of something running, clear by the sounds of thumping from the rapid movement.
Then it stopped, and he heard panting to which being naturally curious he decided to check out what was making all that noise.
Taking a shortcut through some trees he carefully made his way through and saw what looked like another dragon sitting there with some kind of egg. He looked tired and worried about something, he could practically see it in his eyes and body language.
Not wanting to just leave him alone to fend for himself and whatever had him worried, feeling no kind of danger here from the purple and green dragon he decided to come forward out. Though he did tell Sparx to keep an eye out because surely something has the other worried.
“Hey little guy, what’s wrong? Are ya lost? Did’ja need a hand?” Spyro asked him, carefully moving closer because he didn’t want to scare him away given as he looked tense already, so he didn’t push his luck too much for now and didn’t get too close.
