Weight Update
Current weight from this morning: 233.4
High weight was 245, so I'm officially saying now that I'm 10lbs down.
I first hit 234 after 5 days of weighing in at 237, and then the next few days were 235 and 236.
But I've kept under 235 since then, being at 234 for two days and now 233 so I feel like I'm safely on the down trend.
I really like weighing every day more than just once a week because I feel like my weight fluctuates a lot, and I can put the up trends in context over time more easily with daily data points.
