The doppelganger in question on the other hand, had taken a step back when Zer0 approached, giving them a wary once-over. There was no trust or recognition there at all.

| 🌱 | Vash had nodded off at some point, mostly unworried about people because Steamer trips were... usually not particularly lively. It helped he had people he could rely on, too, traveling with him. It was a rare thing, and Vash took advantage of a few moments to snooze.

The words were accompanied by an light emotional touch. Something soft and curious, and he knew as one eye peeked open who was beside him.

"Hmm.." Vash gave a little shrug and rubbed at his forehead. "Just a little snooze.. that's all."
