Two hours and damn near 100 dollars later I can tell you I have a minor concussion. No bleeding in my head, and a serious attitude. Nurses get my damn nerves sometimes. I joke about #nursehatchett, but I'm always at least nice, if not usually kind to my patients. It's not that flipping hard. So today I had my diabetes clinical appointment for my newly diagnosed gestational diabetes. I managed to behave myself even when they said I 'probably did blood sugars wrong as a nurse' (excuse me?!) and I needed dietary advice (even though my diet is a healthy and varied one!) and worse of all it was a group session 😩 #nursesmakebadpatients #pregnantnurse #28weekspregnant #gestationaldiabetes
