Ingredients: 1 cup almond butter. 1/3 cup honey. 1 egg. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the egg, honey, and almond butter together in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Mix in the baking soda, salt, almond flour, and cocoa powder. Mix until a dough for cookies forms. Add the dark chocolate chips and fold. Scoop out dough portions and arrange, allowing space between each cookie, on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Gently press down with a fork to make a cross on top of each cookie. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set, in a preheated oven. Take the cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool down completely.
