When I was #pregnant with my first child, I was all about #naturalprenatal and #naturalpregnancy care. Food contains all our #nutriants and #nutriantdense foods are what I aimed for. I would like to work on having another child soon and have been focused on #prenataleating for a while. I will start sharing my meals and snacks through out day and sometimes why I picked the foods I do. Yesterday I made my husband and I #pantoasted #sourdoughbread with #butter. I had a fried egg and his had a sunny side up. I made #homemadecreamcheese awhile ago with #sundriedtomatoes and freshly sautéed #jalapenos in it! One side of the toast had that on it! Lunch I had an #adultlunchable lol! Basic proteins and fats.
