What is the advantage of Nutricraft 3-in -1 kitchen assistant?

Whistle setting - used mainly to cook vegetables ‘waterless’. Once you hear the whistle, the vegetables are ready. For a softer vegetables, leave it whistling for a few minutes. Scientific findings shows that cooking ‘waterless’ is more healthy and protects necessary vitamins and minerals than steaming or boiling. The whistle can also be used to indicate simmering or boiling temperature.

Vent - used to release steam without the whistle/sound when boing - such as making soups or simply tenderizing meat by boiling.

Close/lock setting - used to create ‘vacuum’ as the pan cools down to retain the moisture and aroma of the food. This setting prevents food from drying. Residual heat trapped in the pan can cook the food further with the stove off. My family lives in one of the eight high-risk LGAs in Greater Sydney. After 6 weeks on lockdown already, our government has extended yet again our lockdown until 28th August.
