Ingredients: 1 cantaloupe, halved and seeded. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans. 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Instructions: To make a bowl-shaped shape, scoop out the seeds from the halves of the cantaloupe. For each half of a cantaloupe, put Greek yogurt inside it. Spread honey over the top, then add a mix of berries and nuts and chia seeds.
