These Chana Masala Spiced Roasted Nuts are a delicious and healthy vegan snack, packed with protein and bursting with Indian-inspired flavors.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed nuts such as almonds, cashews, and peanuts. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 tablespoon chana masala spice mix. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put the chana masala spice mix, salt, olive oil, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix them together. Toss the mixed nuts around in the bowl after adding them. Place the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. After the oven is hot, roast the nuts for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring them every so often, until they are golden and smell good. Get it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before you serve. As a snack or party food, these Chana Masala Spiced Roasted Nuts taste great!
