Kanlungan (Tagalog)

Tagalog is an Austronesian language belonging to the Greater Central Philippine branch. It’s spoken in the Philippines by 76,5 million people, of which 22,5 million speak it as their first language. Although Filipino, which is based on Tagalog, is the constitutional national language, Tagalog is the language used in most domains. Out of the Philippines’ 175 indigenous languages, Tagalog became the dominant one in the 17th century under Spanish occupation.
Motivation: It connotes the warmth of a mother's embrace when holding her child. It can also be somewhat associated with nostalgia and heaven, as people long for the safety and simplicity of their childhoods.
Note: The word comes from a word meaning “shadow of a tree” which I think is neat
Nuttet (Danish)

Translation: cute, adorable
Danish is an Indo-European language belonging to the North Germanic or Scandinavian branch. It is spoken by 5 460 000 people in Denmark, where it’s the main language.
Motivation: Nuttet applies to kittens and puppies, it has a cute sound with the round u and the soft ð sound at the end, which also makes it very characteristically Danish.
