Lumos: Our muses are trapped wandless in the dark.
“Ow, fuck, Annabel, that was my foot,” Nina hissed. “Could you watch where you step please?”
Not that it was visible in the darkness, Annabel rolled her eyes. “Well,” she began, sarcasm seeping into her tone so much that she almost sounded like her sister, “I could if someone hadn’t come up with the bright idea to sneak out at three in the morning because she was horny!”
“I didn’t hear you complaining!”
“You’re hearing it now!” Nina huffed and crossed her arms. The broom closet wasn’t so large that they could move freely and she really couldn’t blame Annabel for accidentally stepping on her. But she was a little pouty because she had planned on getting laid by this point of the night. Annabel was still continuing her small rant, “Oh, let’s not bring our wands, it’ll be fun.” The way she spoke made it clear she was mocking Nina’s earlier words.
Nina sighed. “Okay, okay, I get it! Enough.” She was horny and Annabel was cranky, this clearly wasn’t ideal but she could make this work. “Here, give me your hand.” However annoyed Annabel may have been was clearly overshadowed by her want to be with her girlfriend and not to be fighting. She put her hand out and Nina found it after a few seconds, lacing their fingers together. “I get that you’re tired and annoyed and a little cramped, but you don’t need to snap.”
“I know. I’m sorry.” She took a couple steps closer to Nina, squeezing her hand. “Forgive me?”
Nina pretended to think on it. “I could be persuaded.” After giving it a moment to let the words sink in, she gently pushed Annabel to her knees.
