This conference was a wonderful lesson in something I have doubted this week: I am worth it. I work hard. I succeed. I am worth your investment. I am going places. And I am going to bring people up with me. #Facts: This week has been difficult because I've felt that people genuinely don't care about the work I do -- and to be in a room full of women who tell each other, "You are amazing." -- there's no better feeling in the world. Being in a room full of #women forces me to acknowledge what I can do better, and (something I have great difficulty in), being proud of what I have already accomplished. Finding the balance between #humility and #pride has always been hard for me - and sharing stories has been really empowering. #MsJD. #NWLSO. #MsJDLeadershipAcademy.
