Ele walked into the police department, stopping to quickly check her reflection was clean. Wouldn't want to give the game away. Walking up to the first desk she saw, she sniffled a little and tried to look as innocent as possible.
"Hi. Umm... I'd like to...ehh well, I want to report something I... saw..." She deliberately stumbled, giving her best terrified expression pushing out some tears for good measure. This was going to be way too easy. "Who should I speak to..to umm do that?"
