[OMEGA] Rapture Attacks Spark Panic
via Melia Inassa, High Society A series of attacks across Omega wouldn’t ordinarily be this reporter’s beat - but when the spate of fire bombings targeted known stockpiles of new designer drug Rapture, High Society decided to investigate. All three of Nyahelliulir’s manufactories appear to have been hit, with the flames at one site so intense that local fire crews had to vent the arcology’s atmosphere. In keeping with the Omega omertà, eye-witnesses and local residents were unwilling to share their suspicions with your reporter - with the notable exception of a batarian giving his name as Greasy Goronak. “I saw them!” He claimed, “I saw them all! Black armour, with those Cerberus laser swords and all!” Nyahelliulir’s representatives refused to comment on who they suspect are behind these attacks, what this means for Rapture distribution in Omega, how it will affect the Illium licensing process, or indeed if the designer is still alive.
