♡ I ate with my aunt in Hualien! For lunch, we went to the food court in Promisedland. I had a steak and pepper panini with corn siup asnd fries. She had a lunch set with sweet and sour fried chicken, assorted veggies, and a fried egg. I had a peanut and cilantro soft serve for dessert, while she ate tofu pudding (豆花).

At the end of the day, I had the most delicious stinky tofu I have ever tasted in my whole life. We went to Yuli Qiaotou Stinky Tofu (玉里橋頭臭豆腐), and we waited for a long time (it was still worth it!) I love the crispy skin and the flavorful inner portion of the tofu. They even make their own pickled vegetables (泡菜), even using grated radish in the mix! I even got to have their soy milk to-go! It was really nice getting out of the city for one day.
